These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SlipSafe ("the App"), developed by Muhammad Daniyal Irfan ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use SlipSafe on any Apple-branded device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls with respect to Apple's rights. Apple is not a party to this agreement between you and the Developer and is not responsible for the App or its content.

SlipSafe offers an optional paid subscription ("Premium") that unlocks additional features:

Prices are in US Dollars. Prices in other currencies are set by Apple and may vary by region. The price applicable to you is displayed at the time of purchase within the App.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly:
If a free trial is offered, it begins immediately upon confirmation. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect. Your continued subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The App allows you to capture, import, and store receipt images and enter purchase information. You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App. All content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, view, or store your content.
You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your data. We are not liable for any loss of data caused by device failure, App deletion, or any other cause.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Premium features if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App terminates. Apple's standard processes govern the handling of any remaining subscription period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
