We're here to help you forge better habits.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID — not from within the app. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full Pro access until then — nothing is lost immediately.
Open DayForge, go to the Settings tab, and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used when you originally purchased Pro, and your subscription or lifetime access will be restored automatically.
Make sure you are signed in to the correct Apple ID on the new device before restoring. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not your DayForge account.
You have two options depending on what you want to delete:
Delete all local habit data: Go to Settings → Delete All Data. This permanently wipes all habits, streaks, and completion records from your device. This cannot be undone.
Delete your account (including cloud data): Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your email and all synced data from our servers within 30 days.
If you have trouble accessing either option, email us and we will delete your data manually.
A Streak Freeze protects your streak on a day when you miss a habit check-in. Instead of your streak resetting to zero, it is preserved as if you had completed the habit.
Free users get 1 freeze per month. Pro users get 3 freezes per month. Freezes do not carry over to the next month — use them or lose them.
To apply a freeze, open the habit on the day you missed it and tap the freeze option before midnight of that day. Freezes are applied per-habit.
Streaks are calculated using your device's local time zone. A few things to check:
XP (Experience Points) are earned every time you check in a habit — 10 XP per completion, across all habits. Your total XP never decreases, even if a streak resets.
Account level is based on your total XP and goes from Novice (Lv.1) up to Legend (Lv.7). Tap the XP chip in the top-right corner of the Today screen to see your progress towards the next level.
Each individual habit also has its own habit level (Rookie through Legend), based on how many times you have completed that specific habit.
First, check that DayForge has notification permission:
Then, in DayForge, open the Settings tab and confirm that the reminder time is set for the habit you want to receive notifications for.
If notifications are enabled but still not arriving, try force-quitting the app and reopening it — this triggers DayForge to reschedule all reminders.
Yes — if you create a DayForge account (using email), your habits and completion history will sync across all your iOS devices when you sign in with the same account.
Cloud sync is optional. If you use DayForge as a guest, all data is stored locally on the device only.
All purchases go through Apple, so refunds must be requested through Apple directly. To submit a refund request:
Apple typically responds within a few days. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
